Mr. Ramchandra Vaidya |
A strong believer of ethical values in personal and professional life. An engineer by education started career as a Tool Room Engineer to grow on to lead various senior management level roles at National and International levels, for over 30 years, for Multi National Corporates such as Philips, Union Carbide and Johnson & Johnson .
He carries abundance of experience in successfully setting up, implementation of new units/projects and further delegation. He is credited with helping 0.50 million women/children in India in areas of education, wellness and providing employment opportunities in his role as a project head CSR.
Founding member of Stanford Bio Design Program in India, a Stanford University initiative encouraging multidisciplinary approaches to biology and medicine and is dedicated to producing leaders in medical technology.
Having retired successfully in April 2011 from Johnson & Johnson, he has involved himself with activities of venture capital groups of USA & UK; shares his rich experience to various premier technical and management institutes of India.

Mr. Shailesh Kotwal |
A 22-year veteran of the financial services industry with wide ranging experience across North and South America, Asia Pacific and Europe . Based in Toronto since 2008, he serves as Executive Vice President of TD Bank Financial Group, Toronto, Canada. Prior to joining TD Bank Group, President, International for EFD│eFunds Corporation, Listed as EFD on NY Stock Exchange ; General Manager of International Insurance Services Business, American Express in New York,. He held various senior management positions at American Express in Asia Pacific and Europe, including divisional CFO and Executive Director & Region Head.
He brings with him rich experience in wide range of financial services which extends to building world-class businesses in electronic payments, consumer banking, credit cards, mortgages, insurance, lending and wealth management. His record of results includes significantly accelerating business growth, successful start-ups in multiple markets, restructuring and business turn-around as well as crisis management. By education, Mr. Kotwal is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance.
